Home in North Kingstown Sold for $1 Million

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the sale of 42 Pojac Point Road, North Kingstown for $1,000,000. The sellers of this contemporary ranch were represented by Donna Conway, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers in this transaction were represented by Carl Coutu of Keller Williams Realty.

“This secluded, picturesque estate offers the pinnacle of tranquility. The separate garage with guest quarters make this unique retreat complete,” asserts Conway.

Set in a private community on over six acres of land, this custom home features 50-year shingles and pastoral views on tranquil grounds. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, 42 Pojac Point Road represents one of only five transactions in the municipality at or above the one-million-dollar mark so far this year. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented three sides in these top five transactions: more than any other brokerage.

”The sale on Pojac Point conveys our brokerage as a growing force in the North Kingstown real estate market and embraces luxury living in a rural environment,” adds Ray Mott, Broker/Co-Owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to Judy Chace, Broker/Co-Owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, “A reflection of our continued expansion in the municipality, the successful closing of 42 Pojac Point adds to our repertoire of luxury sales this year in Washington County.”
