According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 234 Sand Hill Cove Road represents the third highest sale in Narragansett this year. The property went under contract in just five days. The sellers of this beachfront home were represented by Bridgette Soby, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Karen Follett of Bay Realty.

The seller of this waterfront estate was represented by Carolyn Nolan, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Nolan also facilitated the transaction for the buyers.
