East Greenwich estate sells for $1.45 million

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the sale of 50 Kenyon Avenue in East Greenwich for $1,450,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing service, this represents the highest sale in the municipality so far this year. The sellers of this Hill and Harbor home were represented by Erin Marsh, Sales Associate and the buyers were represented by Judy Chace , Broker/Co-Owner: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

“This expansive East Greenwich estate offers an inviting opportunity to live in a secluded retreat just a short walk from the bustle of Main Street. The property’s thoughtful design artfully embraces warmth and openness throughout the home,” asserts Chace.

The 4,400 square foot home features three bedrooms and offers a dining room that comfortably seats ten. Set on over four acres of pastoral land, exquisite outdoor living includes a heated pool and a multi-sport court.

“50 Kenyon Avenue is a stunning sanctuary with ample room for entertaining in the heart of the Hill and Harbor district,” adds Marsh.

According to Ray Mott, Broker/Co-Owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, “This home offers a unique opportunity of luxury living in the West Bay. I am especially enthusiastic about this sale as it reflects our growing presence in East Greenwich, home to one of our newest offices.”
