The 21st annual Rhythm and Roots Festival rocked Charlestown over Labor Day weekend. The three day festival featured a range of rhythm and roots artists with sounds ranging from bluegrass to funk … and a lot in between. The weather was perfect and the music was outstanding on Sunday August 26th as the 5th annual Providence Folk Festival arrived in town. Hundreds attended the festival which was held at the Roger Williams National Memorial.
