Vanilla Fudge Saturday at the Greenwich Odeum (East Greenwich)

Vanilla Fudge are a widely influential band known for their 1967 classic rock anthem, “You Keep Me Hanging On.” Their style merged psychedelic rock with emerging hard rock sounds in the late 60’s. Fifty years on, they still tour with 3 of 4 original members – vocalist/organist Mark Stein, lead guitarist/vocalist Vince Martell, and drummer/vocalist Carmine Appice. Show details here.

Dom Flemons Monday at Askew (Providence)

Check out Grammy winning roots performer/historian/enthusiast Don Flemons Monday night at Askew. Your likely to hear tunes from his recent album Black Cowboys, as well as songs from his award-winning group the Carolina Chocolate Drops. A rare chance to catch such a cool act in a small venue!
