Josh Turner brought some contemporary country music to Bold Point Park on Saturday June 29th. Bold Point Park continues to bring in top quality acts this summer, with this show offering one of today’s blockbuster county performers. The Grammy Award and Country Music Association Award nominee put on a mesmerizing performance before a crowd of over 2,000 at the scenic East Providence venue.
Hailing from South Carolina and Nashville, Turner has been a staple of the country music scene for nearly twenty years. He kept his fans going with his hits “Long Black Train,” “Would You Go with Me,” “Me and God,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “All Over Me,” “I Wouldn’t Be a Man,” with an encore of “Your Man.”
