Rhode Island Defeats New Hampshire Wins the 2019 Little League Baseball New England Region Tournament

New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL lost the lead late in a 6-4 defeat to Rhode Island-Barrington LL on Saturday. The game was tied at two with Rhode Island-Barrington LL batting in the top of the fourth when Lucas Tanous singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL got on the board in the first inning. New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL scored one run when Noah Durham singled.

LLB NEW ENGLAND REGION TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Owen led the Rhode Island-Barrington LL to victory on the hill. He surrendered four runs on nine hits over six innings, striking out three and walking one.

Adam Lafond took the loss for New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL. He went three and a third innings, allowing four runs on six hits and striking out seven.

New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL totaled nine hits. Dillon Gaudet and Chase each had multiple hits for New Hampshire-Goffstown Junior Baseball LL.
