Waterfront estate in Bristol sells for $3.17 million

Residential Properties Ltd. announced today that Sales Associates Kris Chwalk and Elizabeth Kirk of their Barrington office recently completed the sale of 13 Low Lane in Bristol for $3,170,000.

This is now the highest East Bay sale of 2019, topping their previous sale of 45 Mathewson just weeks earlier, according to RPL. RPL says that they have now listed 10 of the 21 properties to sell for over $1 million on the East Bay this year.
